Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an ink intended to improve the printing characteristics of ink jet recording plastic heads.
CONSTITUTION: A water-based ink for ink jet recording heads is incorporated with a surfactant to reduce the surface tension of the ink to increase its wettability to such heads, thereby increasing print reliability through improving ink delivery characteristics even in the case that the ink flow channel of such recording heads is made of a plastic material, thus enabling ink jet recording heads to be manufactured using a plastic material.
