To provide an ink package, which suppresses the penetration of air into a bag for ink filling from a part other than the bag itself so as to suppress the deterioration of the deaeration rate of the ink.

The ink package comprises a first bag 5 for ink filling, and a spout 7 having a communication passage 6, into which a cap 8 is press fitted, is fixed to the periphery of an opening formed on the bag 5. A second bag 18 is formed consecutively with the first bag 5, and covers the surface of the spout 7 with the press fitted cap 8 that is outside of the first bag 5. The cover limits the penetration of air through the above surface of the spout 7 into the first bag 5, thus suppresses the deterioration of the deaeration rate of the ink.
