To enable use of a general-purpose IC tag as an IC tag to be mounted in an ink ribbon device which includes a semiconductor memory with information related to the type of ink ribbon and information for correction of manufacturing irregularities written therein, and an antenna for communication with the outside.
A flange part 31 of the ink ribbon consists of a first member 31A having one face fixed to a core part 40, and a second member 31B. A supporting shaft 112 is set at one face of the second member 31B, and at least a part of the other face of the second member 31B is in contact with the other face of the first member 31A. The general-purpose IC tag 1 capable of transmitting data in a non-contact manner between the tag and an image formation device is stored in a rectangular dented recess 110 formed at the other face of the first member 31A.
