Abstract:
To provide an ink ribbon taking up member capable of making an ink ribbon small which is to be taken up on a ribbon core after slitting of the original fabric in the widthwise direction.
An ink ribbon taking up member 10 comprises a core mounting shaft 20, a ribbon core 30 and a spacer 40. The core mounting shaft 20 is provided with a recess groove 22 in the axial direction, and the ribbon core 30 is provided with a projecting bar 32. In the case the ribbon core 30 is mounted on the core mounting shaft 20, the recess groove 22 and the projecting bar 32 are engaged so that the rotation of the core mounting shaft 20 is transmitted directly to the ribbon core 30.
