To provide an ink set for a color filter capable of smoothly performing liquid droplet ejection by an inkjet system and being used for manufacture of a color filter having a wide color reproducing region and displaying an image having excellent contrast.
The ink set for the color filter provided with a plurality of kinds of inks and used for manufacture of the color filter by ejecting the inks by the inkjet system onto a substrate on which many cells are provided includes: a red pigment ink containing a red pigment; a green pigment ink containing a green pigment; a blue pigment ink containing a blue pigment; an indigo purple pigment ink containing an indigo purple pigment; a purple red pigment ink containing a purple red pigment; and a yellow pigment ink containing a yellow pigment. Each ink contains a polymer M represented by formula (8). In formula (8), R1, R4 and R10 each denotes hydrogen or methyl; R2 denotes a 1-8C bivalent aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon group; R3 denotes a residue of a blocking agent R3H of an isocyanate group; R5 denotes a 6-25C hydrocarbon group which may have an oxy group replaced with a hydrocarbon group and a, b and c each independently denotes an integer of 1 or more.
