Abstract:
To provide an ink for ink-jet recording which shows an excellent light fastness, inhibits generation of blur and can form an ink-jet image with a high quality, an ink set for ink-jet recording and an ink-jet recording process using the ink or the ink set.
The ink for ink-jet recording contains a water-soluble dye, water and a water-soluble organic solvent. The ink contains 5-50 mass% water- soluble organic solvent having a flash point of 95-180°C.
