This ink set comprises the black ink comprising black pigment, carboxyl-functional resin particles, a 1st pH adjuster, a water-miscible organic solvent and water with a pH of ≥8, and a color ink other than the black ink comprising color pigment, acrylic resin particles, a 2nd pH adjuster, a water-miscible organic solvent and water with a pH of ≤4.5.
