Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inking device of a rotary press which eliminates an influence by mist scattering of ink, obtains a printed matter product of a desired pattern by appropriately performing ink transfer onto a printing plate and accurately and surely transfers various functional components contained in the ink, and can continuously produce the printed matter product having uniform functional components for a long period of time.SOLUTION: An inking device of a rotary press has at least one ink transfer mechanism having at least an ink fountain which is formed of a blade and a foundation roller and retains ink, a kneading roller which is arranged so as to be brought into contact with the foundation roller and makes an ink film of the foundation roller fuzzy, and an inking roller which transfers the ink fuzzed by the kneading roller to the printing plate on the plate cylinder arranged so as to face the foundation roller, and includes a support shaft arranged in a rotating direction on the extension from a contact surface of the foundation roller and the kneading roller, and a scattering ink mounting member that is fixed to the support shaft and on which the scattering ink is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
