Abstract:
To provide an inkjet curable composition coated by an inkjet system, the curable composition enhancing heat resistance and insulation reliability of a cured after curing.
The inkjet curable composition is coated by the inkjet system and is cured by being irradiated with light. The inkjet curable composition includes a multifunctional compound having two or more of (meth)acryloil groups, a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound having a cyclic ether group. The molecular weight of the photo polymerization initiator is 500 to 1,500.
