Abstract:
To provide an inkjet head which can attain high-definition image and is efficient, and its manufacturing method.
A valve structure 19 is made of the same polymer material as a material to form a channel in a side shooter type inkjet head having the degree of freedom of arrangement of nozzles and suitable for attaining high definition images by photolithography technology in the process of forming the channel. Since the shape of the valve can be freely designed, the physical property value of the valve can be varied by changing the composition of the polymer and the degree of polymerization, the optimization of the characteristics of the inkjet head is facilitated.
