To provide an inkjet print system which can eliminate quality defects such as banding and an overflow of ink, caused by an improper combination of the ink for an inkjet recorder and an inkjet recording medium due to the use of an imitation, and can eliminate the use of the inkjet recording medium which disables a user to discriminate between an original manufacturer's product and the imitation, in accordance with printing control information obtained from the inkjet recording medium by an information detecting sensor.
This inkjet print system processes printing information which is acquired from an image processor, and the printing control information on the inkjet recording medium, which is acquired from the information detecting sensor. The inkjet print system makes the best image constantly formed in the inkjet recorder by means of the original manufacturer's product in accordance with the above information. Preferably, logo printing or code image printing is applied to the printing control information on the inkjet recording medium. Preferably, a paper winding type is used as the inkjet recording medium. The system is stopped in the use of the imitation incompatible with the printing control information.
