To provide an inkjet printer capable of suppressing occurrence of cracking on a surface when a conveyance direction of a printing medium of an inkjet recording paper is changed.
This inkjet printer includes a conveyance path for conveying an inkjet recording paper drawn from each of paper magazines 1A, 1B in a first direction, a roller conveyance mechanism 3 for changing the conveyance direction of the paper conveyed from the first direction to a second direction, and an image recording section provided to a portion at the downstream side of the roller conveyance mechanism 3 in the conveyance direction. The roller conveyance mechanism 3 is equipped with a driving roller 3a to which the paper is wound around along the outer circumference and a pressing roller 3b for pressing the paper wound around the driving roller 3a thereagainst. The outer diameter of the driving roller 3a is made to be not less than 40 mm.
