Abstract:
To provide an inkjet recording device and an inkjet recording method which can suppress deterioration in image quality more surely.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device comprises: a humidifying part that applies liquid to a cloth to humidify a recording surface on which an image is recorded of the cloth; a heating part that heats the recording surface humidified by the humidifying part; a pressurizing part that pressurizes the recording surface in at least a partial period of a period during which humidification by the humidifying part is started and heating by the heating part is finished; and a recording part that discharges ink to the recording surface subjected to pressurization by the pressurizing part and heating by the heating part through a predetermined ink discharge surface to record an image on the recording surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
