To provide an inline type filter capable of simplifying an operation for changing an element while preventing an account increase of members and also preventing a generation of particles from a sealing member while keeping a sealing property.

The inline type filter has a cylindrical element case 12 having an element 11, a joint part 15a, 15b arranged at both the ends of the element case 12, a body part 17a, 17b fixing the joint part 15a, 15b at both the ends of the element case 12 respectively and a sealing member 14 sealing an inside and an outside of the element case 12. The sealing member 14 is arranged between the element case 12 and the joint part 15a, 15b, the body part 17a, 17b is moved in an axial direction of the element 12 through a binding means 19, 20 and thus the sealing member 14 is clamped in the axial direction between the joint part 15a, 15b and the element case 12.
