Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor motor having a stator employing a square stator core, and capable of achieving torque increase without causing any up-sizing.SOLUTION: An inner rotor motor includes a stator having a stator core where a plurality of main poles are projecting to the inside of an annular back yoke, and a coil is wound around each main pole via an insulator, and a rotor arranged rotatably in the inside of the stator so as to face the tip of each main pole and provided with a rotating shaft on the axial center. Back yoke part of the stator core has a substantially square outline, main poles in the stator core are arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, so that the intermediate part of two arbitrary adjacent main poles is located in the center each of the four sides of the square in the back yoke, and a protrusion protruding radially inward is formed at an intermediate position of two main poles in the back yoke.
