To maintain high rotation torque when a motor is constituted by reducing the leaked magnetic flux inside a rotor core.
The rotor core 19 of an inner rotor motor is composed by integrally laminating a plurality of protrusion parts 21 radially protruded and a magnetic plate 25 having through-holes 23 at the protrusion parts 21 after aligning the through-holes 23. A magnet 33 is fixed to the through-hole 23 of the rotor core 19. The rotor core 19 is fixed to a rotating shaft 27 supported axially and freely rotatably to a stator. The rotor core 19 is fitted to the protrusion parts 21 and formed by laminating the magnetic plate 25 by thinning out every one of several sheets of the magnetic plates with leaving the front end side from the magnet 33.
