Abstract:

To provide an inorganic-organic hybrid material containing phosphoric acid group and having high proton conductivity under a low-water content condition.

The inorganic-organic hybrid material containing phosphoric acid group and having the excellent proton conductivity under the low-water content condition compared with conventional materials is produced by preparing a raw material mixture containing a silicon alkoxide having a methacryloxyalkyl group, at least one kind of silicon alkoxide selected from trifunctional silicon alkoxides and tetrafunctional silicon alkoxides, at least one kind of compound selected from ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate, polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, polyethylene glycol monoacrylate and polyethylene glycol diacrylate, and a phosphoric acid compound and solidifying the raw material mixture by a sol-gel method.
