Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute a lightweight inorg. plate-shaped member good in dimensional stability by interposing an adhesive substance between interfaces of a plurality of inorg. laminar members laminated and compressed integrally.
CONSTITUTION: In an inorg. plate-shaped members wherein a plurality of inorg. laminar members are laminated and compressed integrally, an adhesive substance is interposed between the inorg. laminar members. For example, in the inorg. plate-shaped member having a three-layered structure, the adhesive substance is interposed between the interfaces of both surfaces of a intermediate part 1 based on inorg. foam and having a proper amt. of a binder added thereto and surface layer parts 2, 3 based on a mineral fiber and an inorg. powder and having a proper amt. of a binder added thereto. As the adhesive substance, one containing 50wt.% or more of a synthetic resin having water resistance in terms of a solid may be used and the coating amt. thereof is pref. 20-50g/m2 in terms of a solid. The inorg. foam forming the intermediate part is added in order to reduce wt. while keeping compression strength.
