Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent malfunctions dependent upon pulsatile noise by enlarging an input time constant in a solid state relay only when a rise pulse is applied.
CONSTITUTION: By turning-on of switch SW, voltage VDh at both ends of light emission diode Dh rises at the time constant of C1R2, and time constant C1R2 becomes large due to a large capacity of capacitor C1, and malfunctions dependent upon pulsatile noise are eliminated. When switch SW is turned off, discharge of electric charge of capacitor C1 is stopped by diode D1 and is performed by resistance R1, and simultaneously, capacity CD of light emission diode Dh is discharged through resistance RD. As a result, operation delay at a turning-off time is eliminated.
