PURPOSE: To provide the device which performs the input and editing work of attribute information, which prescribes parts functions, in a short time and reduces mis-input and misediting.
CONSTITUTION: Display rules which prescribe the constitution of an editing picture for editing of attribute information are stored in a display rule storage means 15 in relation to parts information stored in a parts information storage means 11. An editing picture constituting means 12 extracts a display rule related to parts, which are specified on a digital circuit, from the display rule storage means is and constitute the editing picture based on its information. Finally, the constituted editing picture is displayed on a display device 14 by an editing picture display means 13, and thereby, an operator efficiently edits attribute information which prescribes the parts function.
