Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten the time for measuring threshold value by raising the wave height value output by a pulse signal generating means at every certain period, judging the output voltage level of an integrator, and determining the pulse wave height having reached a specific level to be an input logic threshold value for a pulse measurement circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When the wave height value of square wave continuous pulse Pi output by a pulse signal production means 106 is raised for every certain period in order, the active level output of a pulse measurement circuit 102 is integrated by an integrator 103 by an arbitrary time. The level of the output voltage Io of the integrator 103 is judged by a judgment means 105. When the level has reached a specified voltage or higher (in the case where the output of the circuit 102 is positive logic), or has reached a specified voltage or lower (in the case where the output of the circuit 102 is negative logic), the wave height value of the pulse Pi is set to be an input logic threshold value of the circuit 102. In this manner, the threshold value measuring time can be shortened.
