Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an I/O circuit characteristics adjustment device in which an adjustment screw can be controlled with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An I/O circuit characteristics adjustment device has initial fastening torque setting means, characteristics adjustment torque setting means, adjustment screw rotation torque test means, and fastening torque adjustment means. The adjustment screw rotation torque test means tests whether a rotation angle change amount falls within a reference range, when a specified torque and a torque of prescribed time are applied to the adjustment screw fastened with the initial fastening torque. When the rotation angle change amount falls within the reference range, determination is made as passing, an adjustment value for reducing the fastening torque by a specified value is outputted when smaller than the reference range, and an adjustment value for increasing the fastening torque by a specified value is outputted when larger than the reference range. The fastening torque adjustment means adjusts fastening torque of a nut, based on the adjustment value outputted from the adjustment screw rotation torque test means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
