Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input output circuit characteristic adjustment device by which an input output circuit characteristic after an adjustment screw is fastened by a nut can accurately be adjusted to a target characteristic.SOLUTION: An input output circuit characteristic adjustment device comprises: an adjustment screw rotation mechanism that rotates an adjustment screw spirally inserted into an input output circuit; a nut rotation mechanism that rotates a nut for fastening the adjustment screw; and a drive-system control part that controls both. This device further comprises: a characteristic measurement part that measures a characteristic of the input output circuit; an adjustment screw height measurement part that measures the height of the adjustment screw; and a control part that controls the drive-system control part on the basis of the result of characteristic measurement and the result of adjustment screw height. The control part has a fastening correction-angle calculation part that calculates a fastening connection-angle that corrects a characteristic difference resulting from fastening of the nut. The fastening correction-angle calculation part calculates a fastening correction angle on the basis of the difference between the height of the adjustment screw when the nut is unfastened and the height of the adjustment screw when the nut is fastened with predetermined torque, which are measured by the adjustment screw height measurement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
