Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support inquiry dealing even by a person except a person in charge.SOLUTION: An inquiry support system is provided with: an input unit 1 for inputting keywords; an inquiry ledger file group 5 storing group names etc.; a retrieval unit 2 for retrieving inquiry cases matching or partially matching the group names and the keywords input by using the input unit from the inquiry ledger file group 5; a database 4 storing answer examples including solution methods and processes of reaching solutions to inquiries from the groups; a display unit 3 for retrieving the database 4 by using the retrieved inquiry cases as a key, and displaying contents of the inquiry matching the inquiries, the solution methods and the processes of reaching the solutions, the keywords with high frequencies to be used for retrieval, and cases with high reference frequencies; and a registration unit 6 for registering the keywords used for the retrieval, the accumulated number of times of use, and registering the reference frequencies of the inquiry cases in the database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
