Abstract:
PURPOSE: An insecticide against insects belonging to the order of Hemiptera, Coleoptera, etc., showing effect by contact and intake, containing a monosubstituted phenyloxadiazolinone derivative having a specific substituent group on a phenyl nucleus as an active ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: An insecticide containing at least one oxadiazolinone derivative shown by the formula I (R1 is 1W5C, especially 1W2C alkyl; R2 is 1W5C alkyl, 2W5C alkenyl, or alkynyl; R3 and R4are H, 1W4C alkyl, trifluoromethyl, with the proviso that R3 and R4 are not H at the same time) as an active ingredient. This compound is prepared from a carbazinic ester shown by the formula IIthrough a compound shown by the formula III.
