Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert fitting jig and an insert embedding method suited to a shield method.SOLUTION: An insert fitting jig 21 includes a cylindrical jig body 29 and a fixture 30. The jig body 29 includes a male screw part 14 on an end side and a female screw hole 31 on an inner periphery on the other end side. The fixture 30 is formed by fitting a fixing cover 35 on a fixture body 34, and the fixture body 34 includes a pair of leg parts 36, a male screw 37 provided on an outer periphery of each of the leg parts 36, and a cover receiving part 38 protruding in a width direction from other end of each of the leg parts 36 and then extending perpendicularly. Both leg parts 36 are deformed in an inward direction when both cover receiving parts 38 are pressed, causing the fixture body 34 to contract and be deformed in the width direction and the female screw hole 31 to separate from the male screw 37, thereby enabling disengagement of the female screw hole 31 and the male screw 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
