PURPOSE: To make the wetting of a liquid phase for a base metal better and to between the joining of an insert material by dispersing a particulate of low melting point into the alloy layer formed on the base board face of the insert material.
CONSTITUTION: An insert material 10 forms the alloy layer 14 having lower melting point than that of a base metal on at least one part of the face of a base board 12, dispersing into the alloy layer 14 the particulate 16 made by the metal of lower melting point than that of the alloy of this alloy layer 14. In this way, a liquid phase is first formed with the melding of the particulate 16 when a heating is started, this liquid phase enlarges its zone with causing a reaction between the surrounding alloy layer 14 and liquid and solid phases and soon the liquid phase spreads over the whole zone of the joining part. Consequently the time when the liquid phase is maintained is made longer and the wetting of the liquid phase for the base metal is made better.
