Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method which enables the easy manufacture of a mold etc., for use in the formation of a fine structure.
A thin plate 10, where a fine uneven pattern 12 is provided on one surface, is formed, for example, by combining lithography and electro-casting together. An insert 2, which is to be mounted on the mold for the formation of the fine structure, is formed by bonding the thin plate 10 and a base plate 14 together via an adhesive 16. An epoxy resin adhesive, a ceramics adhesive, an inorganic heat-resistant adhesive, an adhesive for anaerobic impregnation, etc., are used as the adhesive 16.
