Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply adjust the fitting angle to a formwork after fitting by inserting the elastic piece of a connecting member into the hole of the formwork, screwing a screw, and temporarily fitting an insert to the formwork.
CONSTITUTION: An insert temporary fitting jig 21 is moved near to a formwork, a connecting member 26 is inserted into a hole, a spring 56 is compressed, the base section 26a of the connecting member 26 is brought into contact with the formwork, and the tip of an elastic piece 28 is thrust into the formwork. A spring 54 is compressed, the tip of an action rod 22 is inserted into an expansion section 31, and a male screw 32 is screwed to the female section of the insert. The insert is temporarily fitted, the fitting angle is adjusted, a reinforcing bar is inserted into a hole, and concrete is placed. After the concrete is hardened, the action rod 22 is extracted from the expansion section 31 of the connecting member 26, the tip of the elastic piece 28 is shrunk in diameter to release the male screw 32, and the insert temporary fitting jig 21 is retreated backward. The formwork is easily removed, and the end face of the insert can be exposed and buried at the prescribed position.
