Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the centering positioning accuray of a shaft so as to allow the shaft to be inserted smoothly and accurately into a hole.

CONSTITUTION: The dimension of the steel ball 37 of a second positioning means 13 is set smaller than the outer diameter of the steel ball 34 of a first positioning means 12. The distance between two contact positions between the V-shape face 35a and the steel ball 37 of the second positioning means 13 is set smaller than the distance between two contact positions between the V-shape face 30a and the steel ball 34 of the first positioning means 12 so as to be close to almost one point. A movable side receiving part 16 is held by the pressing force of the first positioning means 12 and that of the second positioning means 13.
