Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an inside bag in heat-seal strength, heat resistance, pinhole-proof property, resistance to solvents, etc., by forming an inside bag from a resin or resin composition consisting of (A) ethylene homopolymer or ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which meets a specific condition or (B) other polymer (or copolymer) of the ethylene series.
SOLUTION: An inside bag for a bag-in-box is formed of resin or resin composition consisting of (A) 100-20wt.% of ethylene homopolymer or ethylene-m-olefin copolymer or (B) 80-0wt.% of another polymer of the ethylene series. Given the density at 0.86-0.96g/cm3, MER at 0.01-100g/10min., molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) at 1.5-4.5, and composition distribution parameter at 1.08-2.00, the quantity of the soluble portion X (wt.%) of ortho-dichlorobenzene (ODCB) at 25°C, density (d), and MER satisfy the following relations: a) in case of d-0.008 log MFR≥0.93, X<2.0, and b) in case of d-0.008 log MFR<0.93, X<98×103×(0.9300-d+0.08 log MFR)2+2.0.
