Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems such as line disconnection resulting from accidental contact on a key, when the mobile equipment is picked up by inactivating key entry of a keyboard for a prescribed period after lift-up in the case of responding to an incoming call by picking up.
SOLUTION: A control circuit 2 that detects picking-up of a slave set 2 through the detection of charging stop stops the production of a notice tone, generates a control signal instructing the reply and sends it to a master set. Then a signal from a key board 7 is made not to accept it, and a key signal is invalidated until a prescribed time elapses. The master set receiving the replay control signal from the slave set 2 connects the slave set 2 to a telephone line. Thus, a person using the slave set 2 makes a speech with a caller by using a speaker 10 and a microphone 11 of the slave set 2. Thus, when the slave set 2 is lifted up, since the key entry is invalidated for a prescribed period, the line is not disconnected, even with the occurrence of an accidental contact onto a disconnection key.
