Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and safely perform automatic inspection of a failure landing device, by which an operator has no need to go to the site.
SOLUTION: In an inspecting device 119, after that an elevator is in a state suitable for the inspecting operation is confirmed by a monitor means 123, a car 117 in the non loading state is lowered from the topmost floor at a low speed and stopped between floors by an operating means 126, an inspection command means 127 issues a command for operating an inspecting means 118 to simulatively make a commercial power source 111 into the cut-off state, and a power failure landing device 114 is started. Therefore, the accurate operation data of the power failure landing device 114 can be obtained even if an operator does not go to the site, and automatic inspection by which excessive load is not applied to the equipment such as an emergency power source 115 can be performed.
