Abstract:
To properly inspect incorrect attachment of a specific component to an attachment target body.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus includes: a storage device for storing a reference image in advance of an attachment target body and a specific component correctly attached to the attachment target body, the attachment target body and the specific component attached to the attachment target body being coated with a material of the same color on the surface and being the target of an inspection; an imaging device for imaging the inspection target; and an image processor for determining incorrect attachment of the specific component of the inspection target on the basis of an inspection image of the inspection target taken by the imaging device and the reference image stored in the storage device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
