To warn an inspection worker that working time used for inspection is too long or too short, through a portable terminal for inspection.
The portable terminal for inspection carries out inspection about an inspection item indicated in an inspection screen while the inspection screen is indicated in a liquid crystal display. Time required for the inspection is measured as inspection actual time. When inspection finishes about one inspection screen, the measured inspection actual time is compared with an upper limit value and a lower limit value of inspection standard time received from a server. If the inspection actual time is out of the upper limit value and the lower limit value, inspection time warning dialog screen is indicated in the liquid crystal display to warm.
