Abstract:
To disclose an inspection device for a center electrode of an ignition plug.SOLUTION: An inspection device includes an inspection machine. A support column is fixedly installed on the inspection machine. An inspection table is fixedly installed at an upper end of the support column. An inspection stand pinching device is installed on the inspection stand. The inspection stand pinching device can firmly hold and fix an ignition plug waiting for inspection. With the inspection device of the present invention, a structure is simple, and maintenance and usage are convenient. Degree of wear of a center electrode of the ignition plug is checked in detail by laser. Thereafter, it is determined whether or not the ignition plug needs to be replaced based on inspection data. Then, it is possible to avoid a problem such that an engine cannot be normally operated due to failure in the ignition plug. In addition, precision of inspection is enhanced and inspection efficiency is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
