Abstract:
To easily and certainly form insulated coat layers on a support hole.
This inspection socket is employed for inspecting an inspection body by putting the inspection body on the socket and connecting electrodes of this inspection body to POGO pins 26 electrically. The socket includes a housing 27 for supporting the POGO pins 26. This housing 27 is constituted by piling up a plurality of plates. Support holes 35 which pierce the plurality of plates and support the POGO pins 26 are prepared. The support holes 35 in plates at their at least top and bottom ends out of the plurality are tapered through-holes.
