Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatize the test and reduce the time by analysing the output of the circuit to be inspected after the specific logic data is given to the circuit by use of the computer system.
CONSTITUTION: The terminal block 8 of the output port 2 of the computer system 1 is connected to the input terminal block 11 of the circuit to be inspected while the input block 9 of the input port 3 is done to the output terminal block 12 of the circuit. Plural logic data are putted from the output port 2 and taken in through the input port 3 to test the circuit to be inspected.
