PURPOSE: To prevent the intrusion of fluid from a joint part by forming a through hole on a concrete wall applied with a synthetic resin sheet and inserting a rod shaped body inserted into a collar short pipe and joining the collar short pipe with the rod-shaped body and the applied sheet through close adhesion.

CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin sheet 2 having a number of anchors 3 which are projectingly installed on one side surface is attached inside the mold frame of a concrete wall 5 and assembled, and then concrete is laid, and after the hardening, a mold is demounted, and the wall 5 is molded. Then, a through hole 6 is opened on the wall 5, and a rod-shaped body 7 onto which a collar short pipe 8 which is made of synthetic resin and has a short pipe part 9 and a collar part 10 is inserted is inserted into the through hole 6, passing through the sheet 2. The collar short pipe 8 is closely attached onto the rod-shaped body 7 and the sheet 2. Therefore, the exfoliation of the sheet 2 from the concrete wall 5 is prevented, and the intrusion of liquid from the joint part is prevented, and the corrosion of the concrete wall can be prevented.
