To easily execute a section line without a danger at a low cost by magnetically attracting a line tape to a magnetic plate on the upper surface of a band frame embedded and flatly placed on a court surface while exposing the upper surface by a magnetic sheet and installing it almost on the same plane as the court surface as a section line material in a tennis court with excellent drainage for infiltrating rainwater.
