To provide an installation structure of a vibration-proof bushing, in which work required for controlling component parts from the time of starting installing the vibration-proof bushing on an installation object member such as a suspension arm, etc., up to finishing installing the bushing on the other installation object member such as a frame of a vehicle body side, etc., can be saved.
The vibration-proof bushing 4 composed of an internal cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2, and a rubber-made elastic body 3 is press-fitted into a press-fitting hole 6 formed in the installation object member 5. One end 1A of the inner cylinder 1 located outside further than one end surface 2C of the outer cylinder 2 in the axial direction is inserted into a stopper ring 7 of a larger diameter than that of one end 2A of the outer cylinder 2. While a pressing part 13 of a pressing device 12 is pressed against an end surface 1C of an one end 1A side of the inner cylinder 1, one end surface 1C of the inner cylinder 1 is expanded by revolving the pressing device 12 around an axis line O of the inner cylinder 1 to draw a conical locus.
