To provide an installing method of an extrusion molding cement plate and an installing device used therefor, for enhancing a degree of freedom of construction, improving workability, and reducing construction cost.

This extrusion molding cement plate 11 in which a plurality of hollow holes 15 opening on both end surfaces 11a and 11a, are arranged in the direction for vertically extending the hollow holes 15. A suspension bar 17 forming a loading part 29 for placing an under surface 11b of the extrusion molding cement plate 11, is inserted into the hollow holes 15. A sleeve equal to or longer than the through-length of at least an installing hole, is fitted in the installing hole penetratingly bored in the hollow holes 15 from the reverse 11c of the extrusion molding cement plate 11. A bar support bolt 23 is penetrated through a vertical piece of an upper fastener 25 having a horizontal piece fixed to a skeleton 13, and the bar support bolt 23 is inserted into the sleeve, and is threadably attached to a female screw hole of the suspension bar 17, to fix the suspension part 17 to the vertical piece via the sleeve, and the extrusion molding cement plate 11 is installed on the skeleton 13 of a building.
