Abstract:
To provide an instant demolding flask capable of producing a concrete block free from the falling of connecting fittings when large-sized concrete blocks are connected.SOLUTION: In an instant demolding flask 10, connecting fittings 30 forming a U shape by connecting plates 32A drilled with through holes 33 and two anchor parts 35 raised from the connecting plates 32A are buried in a state where a first opening face 33A of the through holes 33 is exposed in the circumferential center part of the body part formed by concrete C to produce a concrete block 100 formed with recessed parts 110 in a prescribed range at the side of a second face 33b of the through holes 33. The flask comprises: a lower die 12 having a mounting face 12A and a side circumferential face 12B standing on the mounting face 12A; a projecting part 20 erected on the mounting face 12a and formed to have an outer wide dimension more than the same dimension as the inner width dimensions of each anchor part 35; and each plate body 22 erected on the mounting face 12A and performing positioning in the height direction of each anchor part 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
