The FPC 50 is bent putting a hold part 100 inside to have a 2nd area 50a and a 1st area 50b. In the 1st area 50b of this hold part 100 on the surface of the FPC 50 on the side of a reflector 80, LEDs 60a and 60b relating to the design part are arranged and in the 2nd area 50a on the bent reverse side, the control part 40 affected by radio wave noise and electric circuits 41, 46a, and 46b at the periphery of the control circuit part 40 are all arranged together. On the reverse side of the hold part 100, a hole part 101 for an external circuit connector is so formed that the external circuit connector 110 can be inserted and at the end part of the FPC 50 on the side of the 2nd area 50a, a wiring connection part 50c is provided.
