To provide an insulated wire with surface lubricity capable of coiling an insulated wire at high speed and in high density by increasing and stabilizing surface sliding capability, and stabilizing the shape of the coil formed without decreasing the self welding capability and mold releasing capability when used as the self welding insulated wire.
A lubricating film is formed on the outermost layer in such a way that 0.5-10.0 pts.wt. preferably 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. fatty ester compound synthesized with polyvalent alcohol having an ether linkage, alkyl mercapthan having a long-chain fatty chain, acrylic acid, and long chain fatty acid containing a sulfur atom, and having the ether linkage in the molecule and containing the sulfur atom, based on the weight of 100 pts.wt. resin component in paint, is added to the paint to form baking coating film forming paint, and the paint obtained is applied to a conductor directly or through an insulating layer, then baked.
