Abstract:
To provide an insulated wire excellent in productivity and mechanical characteristic of an insulating layer.SOLUTION: The insulated wire comprises a conductor and an insulating layer coating the conductor. At least a part of the insulating layer is composed of a halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition. The halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition includes a polyolefin resin as a base polymer, metal hydroxide, and a carboxyl group-containing acryl polymer of 3 pts.mass to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyolefin resin. Examples of the polyolefin resin include an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
