Abstract:
To provide an insulation coating peeling device which can suppress that insulation coating (peeling residue) peeled from a coil wire accumulates.SOLUTION: An insulation coating peeling device 1 comprises: a die cutter 10 on which a coil wire C, of which an outer peripheral surface is covered with an insulation coating, is placed; a punch cutter 20 which lowers with respect to the die cutter 10, and peels at least a part of the insulation coating of the coil wire C; a coil stopper 33 with which an end face of the coil wire C contacts; a coil pusher 40 which energizes the coil wire C, and brings the end face of the coil wire C into contact with the coil stopper 33; and a coil presser part 32 which presses an outer peripheral surface of the coil wire C. The punch cutter 20 peels the insulation coating of the coil wire C in the state the end face thereof contacts the coil stopper 33 and the outer peripheral surface thereof is pressed, and a through hole 13, into which the insulation coating peeled by the punch cutter 20 drops, is formed in the die cutter 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
