Abstract:
To provide an insulation sheet for a rotary electric machine which can prevent a part of a foamed resin layer from being scraped even when the sheet is inserted into a core of the rotary electric machine in a state of being bent into the shape of the core.SOLUTION: An insulating sheet 20 is inserted into a stator core in a state of being bent into the shape of a stator core 10 from the end face side of the stator core 10 with respect to the stator core 10 constituting a rotary electric machine 100. The insulating sheet 20 is formed by laminating an insulating base material 21, a foamed resin layer 22 made of a resin containing a foaming agent, and a non-foamed resin layer 23 made of a resin not containing a foaming agent in the thickness direction of the insulating sheet 20, and the non-foamed resin layer 23 is formed on the surface of at least one side of the insulating sheet 20. The insulating sheet 20 is bent such that the non-foamed resin layer 23 is arranged so as to face the wall surface of the stator core 10 (slot 13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
