Abstract:
To provide an insulation wire with a terminal in which a coat layer at a junction between a metal terminal and a metal conductor is stable even under high temperatures and provides excellent corrosion resistance to a metal material which is a material to be coated and to provide a metal surface coating composition suitable for the formation of a coat layer of the insulation wire with a terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided an insulation wire with a terminal 10 in which a junction 7 between a metal terminal 1 and a metal conductor 13 is covered with a coat layer 17 containing the following components (A) and (B) and to provide a metal surface coating composition suitable for the formation of a coat layer of the insulation wire with a terminal: (A) a lubricant base oil, (B) a metal salt of a compound having an alkyl group and a sulfo group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
