After that, by folding a hem flange part 44 arranged at an external peripheral edge part of the second main body part 4a, a deformation part 5c is formed by pressing and deforming the hem flange part so that a recess 5a is formed at one face of a superimposition part 5, and a protrusion 5b is formed at the other face. A salient part 7a which is turnable around a turning shaft extending along an external peripheral edge part of the second metal body 4, and salient in a fold-back direction is formed at a folding tool 7. The salient part 7a forms the deformation part 5c by making the folding tool 7 turn around the turning shaft, folding the hem flange part 44, and simultaneously, deforming the superimposition part 5 in a superimposition direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
